How can I co-operate with Bioatlas?
Bioatlas is in the business of offering a set of high-quality reagents for the life-science industry. We offer our products to distributors and resellers, who can include them in their portfolios under their own brands (OEM), or sometimes also under the Bioatlas brand.
You can choose to sell the whole range of different products we offer, or just select the products that have the most potential with your specific customer base and business focus.
Our most popular products are standard PCR Taq polymerases (Atlas Taq and Titan Taq) but our partners are increasingly also discovering the advantages of our other interesting products, such as:
- the time-saving polymerase mixes and ladders
- the cost efficient Titan Thermo for MALDI-TOF and mass-array applications
- the new Antifade reagent we just introduced
- and many other listed in our Products section of the website
Who are your business partners today? Who would you like to work with most?
Our partners today are mostly life-science distributors, who sell our products under their own brand-names (OEM). They have their own customer base and have included our products in their portfolio in order to expand their business and offer their customers an opportunity for purchasing more of what they need from a single supplier.
We work with partners from Europe, the US, as well as a number of Asian companies.
We are happy to collaborate with anyone, who has an active approach to promoting and distributing our products on their market and works closely with its customers.
We have outlined a few cases we see more common:
- a distributor of instrumentation, who has built a customer base, and is looking for additional revenue streams and better service of customers can do this by adding reagents to the catalog
- a distributor who is expanding the business, and would like to add high-quality and affordable reagents to its offering
- a distributor, who has been selling similar reagents to what Bioatlas is offering, but whose customers are looking for a better price-quality ration
- a new distribution company, whose founders have prior experience either in the distribution or in academia and have a wide network of contacts in their target market
- a lab with high volumes of reagent use looking to cut its costs.
When I am an OEM customer, can you provide custom labeling of the products with my logos etc?
We are a flexible company – in case you would like us to custom-label the products prior to shipping, we are sure we can agree on how to best do that. In case needed, we are also able to provide basic product documentation without labels so you can save significantly on the production costs of those materials.
Do you have comparative data available for Bioatlas products?
We have performed studies with some of the leading competitors’ products, and our products have come up with very good results. Additional data will be available soon upon request.
Do you offer free samples of your products to potential partners?
Yes, we are confident in the quality of our products, so you are welcome to receive a free test quantity (we do request your cover the transportation cost, though). Please send your request to info@bioatlas.com.
What are the terms of delivery and shipping?
Free regular postal shipping is available for almost all products (those not requiring dry-ice shipments). For the first year of our co-operation the costs of courier shipping for orders larger than 1000 EUR will be paid by Bioatlas. After one year the same minimum will be 2000 EUR.
What is the shelf life of your products?
For our polymerases we have a shelf life of 6 for the Atlas line and 24 months for the Titan line. Please inquire for the shelf life of our other products. The expiry date is always included with the order when we ship it to you.
Do you have a Lot (Batch, Charge) number for set or single components?
Yes, we have a lot number for each batch of enzyme and this can be used for the tracking purposes, if needed.
