Description: Atlas RedTaq 2x PCR Mix is a premixed solution containing everything needed for successful PCR reaction except specific primers and DNA template.The mix includes high-quality recombinant Atlas RedTaq Hot Thermostable DNA polymerase, nucleotides and magnesium in a PCR reaction buffer.

To activate the Atlas RedTaq Hot Thermostable DNA polymerase it should be incubated at 95 - 97oC for 15 minutes as a first PCR step.

This enzyme mix allows the PCR setup at ambient temperature without nonspecific annealing and extension.

Quantity: The mixture contains 50 units of Atlas RedTaq Hot Thermostable DNA Polymerase. It is sufficient for 100 reactions of 20 µl or 40 reactions of 50 µl.

Quality control: Free of detectable, non-specific nucleases.

Storage conditions: Guaranteed stable for 12 months when properly stored.
