Atlas Tis-Glycine-SDS Buffer Solution

DESCRIPTION:

Ready-mixed Tris-Glycine-SDS solution. On dilution, the resultant 1x Tris-Glycine-SDS Buffer will have final concentration: 25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.6. Tris-glycine-SDS Buffer is the most commonly used buffer for sodium dodecyl sulfate – polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of proteins. It is usually used for both the anode buffer and the cathode buffer. Recommended running conditions is 150 volts for mini vertical gel electrophoresis units.
