Atlas 10x Taq Buffer with (NH4)2SO4

DESCRIPTION:

Atlas 10x Taq Buffer with (NH₄)₂SO₄ is a ready-to-use buffer to be used for Atlas Taq, Atlas HotTaq, Atlas RedTaq and Atlas LongTaq enzymes in PCR reactions. Does not contain MgCl₂.

Composition: 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0 at 25°C), 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA, 100 mM NH₄)₂SO₄, 0.5% Nonidet P40, 0.5% Tween 20 and 50% glycerol.

Quality control: Amplification of a single-copy gene from human genomic DNA.

Storage conditions: Store at -20°C.
